    The administrator of your personal data is Neurodiagnostyka Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Warsaw (00-544), ul. Wilcza 31, lok 1a, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000886177, REGON: 388308349, NIP: 7011022730, with share capital of PLN 30,000.00, fully paid.

    We have appointed a Data Protection Officer, Mr. Wojciech Brzostowski, who can be contacted via email at rodo@neurodiagnostyka.com, by phone at +48 506 027 012, or in writing at the address of our headquarters. 

    2. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

    We process your data for the following purposes:

    1. To respond to your inquiries, regardless of how you submitted them (e.g., via email, contact form, telephone, or in person during conversations with our staff) (Contact),
    2. To send a Newsletter to the email address you provided (Newsletter),
    3. To present you with a commercial offer (Marketing),
    4. To enable you to use our channels on social media platforms (Social Media),
    5. To gather information about your use of our website (Cookies).

    Providing your personal data is voluntary but, in most cases, necessary to perform specific actions (e.g., sending the Newsletter, responding to your inquiry, or presenting an offer). If you choose not to provide the required data, we may be unable to fulfill these actions. 

    3. LEGAL BASIS FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

    CONTACT

    This includes all forms of communication you initiate with us, including reported issues or questions. We process your data based on our legitimate interest, which involves providing you with a comprehensive and professional response (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

    NEWSLETTER

    This includes sending you our latest Newsletter content in electronic form (email). We only send the Newsletter based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Providing consent is voluntary and does not affect your ability to use our other services.

    If you have given your consent for the Newsletter, you may withdraw it at any time via the provided form, email, or by sending a written request to our headquarters.

    You can also unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by using the link available in the footer of each email you receive.

    Consent withdrawal will be processed within no more than 30 days from the date of your request.

    Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing conducted prior to its withdrawal.

    MARKETING

    This includes activities aimed at presenting you with a commercial offer related to the services we provide or the products we offer through your chosen communication channel. We process your data based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) or on our legitimate interest in promoting our goods and services (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

    SOCIAL MEDIA

    We manage our profiles on social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Through these platforms, we engage with you and regularly share content.

    The plugins are marked with the logos of the respective social media platforms. Each platform has its own privacy policy, which you can review by visiting the platform via the plugin.

    The plugin’s content is transmitted directly from your browser to the social media platform and integrated into the website. This information (including your IP address) is sent directly from your browser to the server of the respective social media platform, where it is then stored.

    A. FACEBOOK (META)

    The operator of the Facebook platform is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, headquartered in Ireland.

    Meta provides us with page insights, which are aggregated statistics about the use of our Facebook page. These statistics are created based on specific events recorded by metadata when users interact with pages and related content. Meta provides information for specific categories (e.g., followers, fans, or people reached) and time periods.

    We may identify you on your social media profile and view your publicly shared information based on your visibility settings. This may occur, for example, if you post or like content on our social media pages. In this context, we process your data (e.g., username) to manage our social media fan page.

    If you do not wish for this data to be processed in the future or wish to limit its processing, you can delete your posts or disconnect your profile from our page by using the “Unlike” feature on Facebook.

    If you provide us with personal data directly through our social media pages (e.g., via posts), we will use this data solely to respond to your posts or messages, such as answering questions or conducting a contest.

    The legal basis for processing this data is Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR, which refers to our legitimate interest. This interest includes responding to your inquiries and posts in a manner tailored to your needs and documenting the results of our activities.

    B. YOUTUBE

    The operator of the YouTube platform is Google Ireland Limited, headquartered in Ireland.

    Google provides us with aggregated information, such as statistics about the usage of our YouTube channel.

    We may identify users of our YouTube channel and view their profiles and shared information, for example, when they post, share, subscribe, or like content on our YouTube channel.

    If you do not wish for your data to be processed in the future or want to limit our activity, you can delete your posts or account, or unsubscribe or remove likes.

    If you provide us with personal data directly through our YouTube channel (e.g., via posts or comments), we will use this data solely to respond to your posts, such as answering questions or conducting contests.

    The legal basis for processing this data is Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR, which refers to our legitimate interest. This interest includes responding to your inquiries and posts in a manner tailored to your needs and documenting the results of our activities.

    C. LINKEDIN

    The operator of the LinkedIn platform is LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, headquartered in Ireland.

    LinkedIn provides us with aggregated information, such as statistics about the use of our LinkedIn fan page.

    We may identify users of our fan page and view their profiles and shared information, for example, when they post, share, subscribe, or like content on our fan page.

    If you do not wish for your data to be processed in the future or want to limit our activity, you can delete your posts or account, or unsubscribe or remove likes.

    If you provide us with personal data directly through our LinkedIn fan page (e.g., via posts, comments, or shares), we will use this data solely to respond to your posts, such as answering questions or conducting contests.

    COOKIES

    This section covers information about your use of our website. We process your data based on:

    1. Necessary cookies (essential for the proper or optimized functioning of the website or the features you wish to use, without which many of the services we offer cannot be provided, e.g., ensuring security) – Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR (our legitimate interest in ensuring the website’s operation).
    2. Other cookies (all other cookies that remember your preferences, providing more tailored services, including advertising our products and services) – Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR (your consent).

    A. GOOGLE ANALYTICS

    To use Google Analytics, we have implemented a special Google Analytics tracking code on our website. The tracking code uses your cookies.

    B. GOOGLE ADVERTISING PRODUCTS

    We use Google Advertising Products (e.g., Google AdWords) to better present our offerings based on cookies. This helps us improve our website, adapt it to your needs and preferences, and calculate the cost of advertising campaigns.

    You can withdraw your consent for personal data processing within Google Advertising Products at any time by reopening the cookie banner and adjusting your settings.

    C. FACEBOOK ADS AND INSIGHTS

    To serve you personalized ads based on your preferences and behavior on our website, we have implemented Meta Pixel on our site. It automatically collects information about your website usage.

    The information collected through Meta Pixel/Facebook Insights is anonymized, meaning it does not allow us to identify you.

    4. DATA STORAGE

    CONTACT

    Your data will be stored only for as long as necessary to respond to and clarify your inquiry.

    NEWSLETTER

    Your personal data will be processed for as long as you wish to receive our Newsletter, until you unsubscribe from this service.

    After this period (withdrawal of consent), your data will be stored solely to allow us to comply with the accountability principle under GDPR (demonstrating compliance with data protection regulations).

    SOCIAL MEDIA

    Your data will be stored only for as long as necessary to achieve our purposes or until you delete posts or comments published on our profiles.

    COOKIES

    Data obtained through the use of cookies will be processed for the duration of the validity of a given cookie set (typically 90 days from the date of collection) or until you delete them from your web browser.

    CONSENT

    If we process your data based on your consent, it will be processed until the consent is withdrawn. 

    5. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

    In connection with the operation of our website and the provision of services, your personal data may be disclosed to external third parties. These may include providers of IT systems and solutions we use, entities providing marketing and public relations services on our behalf, or our legal and tax advisors. These are always professional entities specializing in the services they provide.

Additionally, these entities must meet the requirements outlined in data protection regulations, including GDPR.

    If you believe that we have violated any rules regarding the processing of your data, you can file a complaint directly with the supervisory authority. In Poland, this is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, located at ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.     You may object to the processing of your personal data if, due to your specific situation, you do not want us to continue processing your data for purposes arising from our legitimate interests. In some cases (e.g., defense against claims), our interests may outweigh your rights and freedoms, resulting in the objection not being upheld.

    If your objection concerns our marketing activities, it does not need to be justified and will always be upheld.

    As part of providing our services, we use tools provided by external entities. In some cases, these entities may be headquartered outside the European Economic Area (referred to as “third countries”).
